It's probably another cheap resistor - some of his feedback negatives have confirmed this. Be careful.

So it tricks the engine into thinking that the air that is going into the engine is colder than it is? Does this make it over fuel then?

It doesn't work at all, it's a rip off. I tried something similar DIY a year or so back.

What genuinely does make Centos faster is a good supply of cold air, not making the engine think the air is cold.
