1st Problem within 3 days of ownership

WD40 is not a long term solution as it will be gone in a short period of time ......

Regardless of Bravo or GP, this type of problem shouldn't really exist in a 58 plate car .

ue grease then... there supposed to be greased up anyways. was -14 here last night and 5am my gp didnt have a problem... 56 plate.

Steve your missing the point ..... our cento is 10 + years old so problems should and will occur, but when you get a 2 years old car do you really expect anything to be frozen apart from the washer jet?

no, i was just saying dads is a 56 and his dont do it.... emphisising the fact i wouldnt expect it. id say tell the dealer but they will just blame the extreme cold and say they cant do anything..... unless you made out you had another gp that hasnt been affected.....

This is what i ment. When i buy a 58 plat car i don't expect i needed to grease gearlinkages.

from what i can find it seems that 08 palte on seems to be affected very very rare to find one earlier but loads from later models saying it.

sounds like they just need to put a rubber gromit or some pu sealant ont he end to make a washer type thing to stop water going in...
