General 1997 Fiorino bump stop rubbers

Hi, just joined and glad to see I'm not the only one running this great old van. I need to replace the rear bump stop rubbers with something universal. FIAT want nearly £90 each for them. Any advice on how to remove old perished ones appreciated as assume held on by threaded stud. Mine is a non turbo 1.7D.
Also do mk 2 Uno headlamps fit?

Have a look at ePER on top of this page for the headlights.
From what I remember they don't fit...
Find the part# for the bumpstops, and go to Ebay, sometimes parts are less expensive there!
