General 1995 punto 55s

Just joined. Girlfriend owns a 95 punto 55s in white which she's had 9 years. Been a good motor really. Are they worth anything when she comes to sell? good runner and good underneath. Told her she should keep it, but she's not convinced!

I think £450 is more the upper bracket for the mk1 punto (sub GT or sporting spec in near new condition). I've still not sold mine as it's worth more as a reliable and usable car than even my new DS3 The 55 s is a very low maintainence punto

if its still solid and running ok just keep it serviced and keep it is the best option from a financial point of view. They are not worth alot and it will be along long time before a mk1 punto will be worth anything substantial. You can get a GT for not very much and there's only about 700 left in the country so already rare, even ones in good nick are hard to sell for any kind of money.
