Technical 1992 Tipo 1.4 Bleeding clutch!

I apologise if this is a stupid question, not a mechanic but capable of DIY jobs.
My clutch pedal has a slow return (if at all) and I can see the brake fluid is brown/black so I plan to bleed the brakes but there is nothing in the Haynes manual about bleeding the clutch. If I remove the cap off the reservoir and get someone to push the clutch pedal I see the fluid move so assume it uses the same fluid. Can it be bled after doing the brakes or do I just need to do the brakes?

You need to bleed the clutch seperately, the bleed valve is on the slave cylinder on the gearbox. It could be that your slave cylinder is on the way out.

The slave cylinders on all that family cars like to fail (seal leaks) if they are used again after standing for a long time.
