Been on for months...first came up for sale on eBay many years ago when I was getting into pandas again. Was alot cheaper and I was tempted at the time. Rare car..

My rates do get more competitive still, but usually involve putting my name on the V5 where Panda's are concerned
Joking aside how can those companies get away with APR's like that. They should be closed down - only the Government is entitled to rip off the public to that extent!!

They're only using the same guidelines as the UK did when they decided to lend money to the third world.

I agree with Palio though, I'd like to see a cap on what percentage rates can be charged.
And to think a few years ago 35% on a credit card was seen as scandalous
