Hello Firedawg,
I think the power windows have a 30A fuse (green) that is not in the main fusebox. You'll probably find it plugged into a holder that's clipped to the side of the main fusebox.
I would start by pulling all the fuses and inspecting them - go for the 'Services' fuse first (10A, red) as that is what powers the radio. Perhaps the radio was turned up particularly loud and perhaps the lighter socket was in use at the same time (I believe they share the same fuse) which can cause the 10A fuse to blow.
You might find the power windows will then start working once that fuse is replaced, since there are a couple of relays (electrically-operated switches) in the power windows system, and these relays are likely to be powered by the Services fuse.
If the fuse blows again, check the lighter socket for coins (yes, really, I have seen small coins shorting out lighter sockets!) and also check there are no loose/uninsulated wires behind the radio.
