Technical 1986 Ducato Engine swap

Hi All,
I have a 1986 2428 Diesel Fiat Ducato however the head gasket has gone due overheating and looking at options.

I'm currently removing the cylinder head to inspect damage however........

What engine options are there to replace with a Diesel turbo or to convert this engine to a turbo.

has anyone done this already?
