General 1981 Fiat Spider 2000 Door Handle

Hello was getting my Fiat sorted out for the summer and I came across an issue with the door handle. Opened up the door card and saw that this piece snapped. can someone please tell me what this part is called.

Well I think you will just have to refer to it as a pin. I doubt you will find an original part, especially not from Fiat, but any suitable diameter bolts could replace this pin.
