Technical 1980 spider wont start

my new spider wont start, i put a new battery in it and when i turn the key over it wont start, someone please help as i just got the car on Monday and i have never had a fiat before!

Does the motor turn over? Is it carbed or F.I. ? Is there spark at the plugs? is the fuel pump working? We need a lot more detail in able to help you.

Im sorry, it is fuel injected and as far as i know the only thing that was wrong was ait needed a new battery but i put a new one in. im gonna take it to my mechanic and let him be confused by it.

I also have a 1980 fiat spider fuel injection problem.
It starts but quickly stops. I am getting power to the pump but when I use the starter the pump will not pump fuel. I hooked the fuel pump to a battery charger and it seems to work fine.
I can't seem to locate the double relay so I haven't checked that yet.
I bought this and it cranked fine. I drove it home and now it won't start.
