General 1959 Autobianchi suicide doors

I have found in a shed not far from where I live a classic 1959 autobianchi with suicide doors. I'm in love with this car but I'm not sure how rare these cars are? If anyone can hit me up with some history and information on the value of these cars it would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.
