Tuning +15BHP... Too good to be true?

Apon looking for cheaper ways to get out of my Seicento Abarth i stumbled across this on ebay.

(As i haven't posted enough threads i can't post a link)
But search ' +15BHP Power Mod/Chip Fiat Coupe Turbo Punto Uno Tipo' into ebay.co.uk

Surely this can't work... can it?
Any sugestions?

All it does is fool the ECU into thinking the engine is running cold so richer mixture (more fuel). Upside is marginally more power (you won't notice it) but the downside is worse mpg, borewash, F*ed emissions etc which you will see.

You'd be better with a decent freeflow airbox, sports exhaust and a really good service. BTW don't bother with the 'Saxo' induction kits, they are worse than standard. I fitted a CDA which isn't cheap but it has noticably more power for better mpg and the whole plot feels tighter.
