Styling 15" on a fire

I have a 1100 uno fire that has 165/65 13" tires on at the moment and would like to know the largest size tires&rims that one could fit to a uno without any scuffing on the insides on the wheelarch or it touching on the insides when turning. I would like to fit 195/50 15" or 185/65 14" tires. I would do a slight modificatoin of the arces if it is needed
