13 plate new cars, will this put people off buying ?

Please forgive me if this has been talked about already, but next year the new registration number will be 13, anybody find this off putting ?

If you were buying an new car would you want 13 on your registration number ?

Actually thinking more about it, it could possibly effect second hand car sales in 2014

I know I would not buy a 13 plate motor, new or used

I've always had bad luck with green cars
