Following a slight bump in the Fiat 500e , the drivers side bumper indicator smashed and the car now signals on the dashboard that the right indicator needs checking when indicating right. Only trouble is now the 12v battery went flat overnight. Got into the car with the manual key and got life back in the 12v , charged the car a bit and went for a run in it but following day 12v is flat again? Got car booked in for repairs but unusable until then if 12v keeps draining? Any suggestions?

Battery drain from a damaged sensor round there somewhere? Still goes flat if 12v properly charged?

Im guessing there must be some sort of sensor that picks up the indicator cover is damaged as that's the only visible damage?? There's no front parking sensors or anything
