I seem to remember this appearing on the forum once before, under all those red patches of paint I seem to think there was very little metal left. If repaired with metal and welded then it might be ok but if it’s been botched with some filler and paint then steer well clear

True classics will always need a fortune spending on welding or they'll cost a fortune having had it all done for you . Then there's a the issue of protecting the insides. Welding burns off paint and zinc plating so the insides have to be soaked in anti corrosion "stuff". Try doing that reliably on the top sides of any enclosed box areas.
