General 1100 uno: jumps out of gear when turning

Hi guys ..ma car is hvng bad vibrations n it shifts out of gear n returns its self to neutral ....especialy whn i turn da wheels to much.....wht coul be da problem?

i could be the engine mounts, gearbox mount, wheel Alighnment and
Balancing.

Ok ...coz the sound comes when i turn n whn i hit a pot hole .....n it cums frm da leftn side ....i evn changed da tripod n stll it ddnt stop.myb its da gear box mount coz it wornout i jst checkd it ....n da balancin n alignment ws done 3 months ago....
