hello i noticed the other day my rear spoiler on my 100hp was coming off, as there is to bolts in the middle but the ends are just double sided taped on, wondered if anyone else was have similar problems and what they've done about it. :slayer:

well i had a leak through where the bolt is in the rear window on the right side. so i ordered new bushes because i thought the bush had failed. removed the spoiler to find it had come unstuck on the right side. cleaned all the old tape off with panel wipe and put new bushes in the holes both sides and new tape either side of the spoiler. few days later, right side was unstuck again and leak still present but only in really heavy rain. can still see moisture around the outside of the bush when i've washed the car :bang:

such pain in arse init, so was yours leaking around the bolts?

mite try sticking it on with this black masstic stuff like they use for body kits n light brows.

Just leave it, no need to worry - the tiny sticky pads at the edges don't actually hold the spoiler on anyway.
in any case if there is an issue take it to a dealer, its under warranty so no need to dirty hands
