Technical 100HP gearbox oil change

Is it easy enough to change the Gearbox / Transmission oil DIY? My gears feel a little sticky (not as smooth as they were before).
Any useful tips? What oil do I use? Should I flush out the old Oil?

Any useful tips?

Take out the filler plug before you take out the drain plug.

Two good reasons for this:

1. You can check what the level is now

2. If for any reason you have difficulty getting the filler plug out, you won't be left with an undriveable car with no oil in the gearbox.

Drain the old oil when it's warm so it flows out better.
I use FUCHS TITAN SINTOFLUID SAE 75W-80 Manual Transmission Fluid. £22 for 2 litres from opie oils on eBay. It's fully synthetic.
Don't use an EP oil (extreme pressure) as it'll knacker your synchros.

How much oil should I put in? Do I fill until the oil dribbles out the filler cap?

The 6 speed may hold a bit more. Yes fill it until it reaches the oil filler hole.

1,65 Litre according to the manual.

In the bike I used 75w140 Syntrax. It's great stuff but the bike hasn't got synchromesh. Would it be OK in the car?

I done mine a while back, drained the fluid out, all of about 800ml come out, thought oh, it must have been low, filled it up and the same went in! Seems to drive alright except the crunchy 3rd if you're a bit quick.
