1.9TD engine overpressure

Hi,

just need some advice, friend of mine is running 145 1.9TD, and have some e engine overpressure problem - there is oil pushing out of level gauge hole, as well there is high pressure from valve cover - oil filling cap almost hit his eye when he opened it

otherwise its running fine, no smoke, no oil eating, no collant disappearing

what happened he had some troubles with fuel lines, engine wont rev, than he changed some fuel lines, engine revs nice up to 5.5k, but then this happened

any ideas??? have something around 115.000 miles done

Bore washing and getting past the rings? so its flooding the engine quiet literally?

Did he put the correct amount in?
