i topped mine at about 129mph obviously on my private runway, but it will easily soar to 100mph

I believe the top speeds will be quite similar, as doesnt the 1.6 have a different ratio gearbox...

probably none of the bravos seem to be the same lol

Ash G fettled with his 1.6 tho and it was easily as fast if not faster than the standard 1.6

the 16v 115 is ever so slightly higher i think

Insurance groupings have little point anymore - it's more about postcode, and the no. of claims and amount paid out on that model in the last 12 months nationally.

rubbish

rubbish

cost me far more for a group 20 than a group 2

Re: rubbish

Yes but I was making the point that moving post code can these days increase it by anything up to 50% so grouping is not as significant as in the past

Re: rubbish

Plus i'm willing to bet that there's a LOT more claims easch costing a LOT more for any group 20 car over any group 2 car. Most group 2 cars are very small with small engines and used for going to the shops - so chances are any impacts will be low speed and low cost. Whereas most group 20 cars are larger and much more powerful so any accident will probably be MUCH more expensive. So it's not neccessarily the insurance grouping that made it more expensive.
