Not sure if i cleaned the right thing but here goes,Theres 2 roundish cylinder type things on top of the throttle body the 1st being the 1 that has the 2 pin elec connector and the 1 it connects to has like a copper rod on a spring,i tried to clean both but the revs still stuck,so i tapped the 1st one with the elec connector and the revs dropped perfectly to idle,(is the one with the connector the ICV valve? ie the the black plastic near the connector? if so when i shake it theres something loose in it?
