1.8 hlx mk2 -engine oil-which one

hi folks, gona do an oilchange on car in morning. can anyone recommend a good engine oil to use. i know Selina is highly recommended, but i'm goin to halfords to get this and dont want to be stung! which kind should i be going for and wat rating..ie 15/40 etc. cheers

I would get Selenia from Fiat...its not that much more expensive and its alot cheaper than replacing your engine...

just get halfords own brand, ive heard good reviews about the stuff
