1.8 Brava static timing??

Having had a waterpump failure take out the timing belt and a subsequent head rebuild i'm ready to put the new belt on but can't see any relevant info regards timing. No timing marks were made on stripping as although the belt hadn't come off completely the positions were not to be relied on...
Any pointers advice would be much welcomed!

You will need a set of cam locking tools.

Would that just hold the camshafts or actually align them as well? I can make a tool to lock the cams if need be....

It aligns them.

Cheers Tom. I've had a quick look o the 'net at work and have found such a tool for about £100 but for about 5mins use that's alot of dosh!! I'll beg/borrow/steal one before I put me hands in me pockets!!

Good old shop4parts.co.uk sell them if i recall correctly.
