General 1.4 turbo

Where's the best place to start looking for a MK1 1.4 turbo? If i cant find one I'll settle for a 1.2 16v. I had a 1.2 as my first car but the piston rings on cylinders 1 and 2 gave up simultaniously and i had no choice but to scrap it I want another one!!!! :slayer:

You could do a lot worse than to consider blu73's GT3. Unmolested examples are very rare indeed. Usually someone's tried to dump a 20VT coupe engine in them or something daft. Also, being a FF member, you know the current owner is at least clued-up.

buy the GT turbo version with care not necessarily the lowest priced one you see.
