8 valver isnt a great starting point, any reasonable improvements will be costly.

yh i know a couldent aford the insurance on the 16 valve so i had to get the 8 valve a bit disapointed

So if you couldnt afford the insurance on a 16 how are you planning to insure a modified 8v? To get an NA down to that time you are pissing in the wind if you think you can get away with just putting on an induction and mapping it to reduce it by 3 seconds.
