1.4 8v and 1.2 8v head the same?

I’ve been surfing the web and I’ve come across quite a few fast road cams for the 1242 8v engine and I was wondering if the heads for the 1.2 and the 1.4 8v are the same and that just the stroke or bore are different? Would be good to know because I wouldn’t mind getting a fast road cam, gain some more ponies, and this would make the search much easier.

You could use the VIN to search in ePer for the parts, and see if any overlap.

It was more because I can quite easily find a fast road cam for the 1.2 8v but not for the 1.4 8v

So which engine do you have, mine is the 1.2 8v in the 4x4 169
