Ducato 07 Ducato wipers stop working in the rain

Hi can anyone help with this problem with my ducato, the windscreen wipers work find when it's dry but as soon as there's any sign of water or rain they stop. It's a gradual thing they start going slow and then stop altogether, but will start working again once they dry out.

Have seen a few of them with water ingress in the wiper Motor you may be able to strip it and clean it out but will prob be a new motor I'm afraid
