06 Fiat Grande Punto Harness Adaptor Problem

Hi all,

Im upgrading the head unit of my 06 Grande Punto to a Pioneer DEH_X9500BT. The new unit comes with an ISO lead so I just need to get a converter for the original radio wiring (I think....)

I read online and came to the conclusion I needed "Autoleads PC2-86-4", It arrived yesterday and when I tried to install it I noticed the wiring didnt match up from the original Loom to the harness and it would insert in to it properly.

Im really confused, I'm not sure if I have the wrong ISO lead, the wiring on the car is different to stock. I've added some photos aswell.
