Just had this one in the shop for clutch job, axles and front wheel bearings. An engine oil change was also done using 15W/40. Took the van on the road and now it smokes blue under load, like going up hill, even after the hill is cleared the smoking continues for a short while. No smoking during idle or slight accleration.
Any ideas ?? The van had been parked for nearly 6 months and I honestly can't say if it smoked before now.

Oil over-fill or leaky turbo oil seals maybe?

Verified oil level to be ok. Any special tools or processes required to rebuild turbo unit ??

Cant help there I'm afraid, needs confirming, should be able to tell by checking for heavy oil deposits in the turbo pipe-work. If it were my vehicle & I'd confirmed the turbo was the culpriat rather than usual rings or valve stem seals I'd just go for a service exchange unit.
