General 02-06 ducato front grill panel lugs

Has any one ever repaired the 02-06 ducato Grill Radiator Mask Panel panel lugs...Or front gill as I call it ....
Its the plastic on the front grill. They clip into the bumper... Mine are starting to disappear...

Sorry but I haven't had to do this.
Perhaps a photo of the piece?

Is it available as a replacement part from fiat?

Or is this a plastic weld jobby?

I'm hoping I can stick a lug onto the panel...But looking like a part that will have to be made.
