Technical 0.9 twin air valve actuator solenoid problem

Hi, is it possible that a faulty valve actuator solenoid on 0.9 twin air engine would throw P1300 code? This code points at fault crankshaft position sensor but replacing and resetting the sensor didn't solve my problem. The code cannot be cleared off and car is not starting? Thanks in advance for your help
