I'm a new member of this forum with a new question.
The windscreen wiper suddenly stopped working. The switch, fuse and relay are OK. There is 12V on the motor connector and the wiper just doesn't work. Is this the motor itself? If this is the case how can I check the motor?
If someone have had this problem, please help.

I'll assume that the front wiper motor on the Tempra and Tipo are the same.

On my Tipo the front wipers suddenly stopped working (at 60mph on the motorway in heavy rain!). I had breakdown cover with the RAC so the helpful bloke checked everything out (fuse was fine, control module in the fusebox was fine, switch was fine, power to the motor). He removed the wiper motor (half the car had to dismantled to get to it!) and then powered it up again, nothing happened at first then a blue spark and the motor kicked into life.

Check for dry solder joints on the control board inside the wiper motor housing.
