Hi guys,

I am new to this forum. I hope that you can help.

I have a Fiat examiner 2 HP Z5082B and when i turn it on it comes up with CMOS Battery low.

Now I only see one battery in this darn thing and that delivers 12v dc. does anyone have any idea as to how I can rectify this issue. It just wont get past the cmos battery low problem.

I have taken this machine apart, down to it's last board and can not see any battery or place where a battery should be. I am a computer technician so I know what I am looking for but do not see it. thanks for the reply though.(y)
 
I would if it where mine, only thing is my client insists on using this one. :bang:
 
I managed to get something.

There is a little black box with 4 pins on it that plugs into an IC on the main board. written on this little box ir: 0dd1e922, M4T28-BR12SH1, TIMEKEEPER, SNAPHAT, LITHIUM BATTERY. Now I take it this is the cmos battery but am not sure as this was made way before my time. will google it and see what I come up with.
