Hi Guys,

I have a 2002 Stilo Abrath and car failed on MOT due to play on n/s ball joint

I was wondering when i change this do i need to get the tracking re-done

You say ball joint but do you mean track rod end[the ones on the steering rack ? if that's the ones then the answer is YES you do need to do the tracking

Its the lower arm that has a lot of play in it so i am guessing that i dont need the tracking done?

Don't know whether the joint is replaceable on the stilo I've done them on some of my other cars you are better off changing the whole arm as there are other bushes there which no doubt would benefit from the change as well
