hi all dont post much lately but still look in regularly, anyway the last few years ive been struggling with suspected rear calipers seizing.
as i had wind back tool and unwillingness to spend on the car i have been stripping wheel off taking caliper off winding back pumping out winding back every 6 months or so to keep freeing up, having recently needed another set of pads because of it and getting a distinct burning smell again time to crack out te ir temperature gun seized on again and running 130c plus again in only short comute and having just had noted as advisory for mot i decided enough is enough and bought about the cheapest pair of calipers i could find.

now part numbers didnt match eper even though listed for stilo so went with em.
all went well on fitting until i came to pop handbrake outer sheath gland end in the bracket, my car measure 13.8mm (rusty) and holes in the new caliper were only 13mm , so caliper back off and drilled hole with 14mm step drill, luckily bracket steel was like chocolate and drilled real easy.
after that hose twist was only isssue one was barely ok one required splitting at union to realign hose, reluctant as didnt fancy ripping pipe at soid to flexi union.
anyway all ok bled up no problem set hand brake and first comute back to normal bellow 60c.
wish id done it a few years ago as probably saved cost of calipers in fuel by now.
so heads up on these calipers , they fit but for me i needed to open hole up in handbrake bracket , mine is 3door 150 jtdm 16v but i believe all have same rears .
also maybe i didnt know a magic trick to get em in , didnt appear to be oval or anything as a disclaimer , this worked for me each to their own.

How much are they? My works computer which I'm not supposed to use for cruising car forums :D also blocks eBay.

But for c. £28 (the cheapest I can find using my phone) there's no case really for not replacing a moody caliper. Unless fiddling with calipers on your driveway in the rain is how you like to spend your weekends, obviously.
