Has anyone experienced / recorded the death of the windscreen washer pump's connector / cable?
How do I know that it is 100% the connector / cable? Because funnily I have headlight washers on the car too, and when I exchange the cables (so I put the ones from the headlight washer pump to the windscreen washer pump), then turn on my headlights, and pull the windscreen washer stalk, the windscreen washer pump works, the jets are starting to squirt out the fluid... Unfortunately not with its original cable.
Where would you start looking for the culprit?
