Replaced dipped beam drivers side bulbs no probs but went to put the lamp cover back on, i can get it on, but the clip that holds it into place is fine at the top but not at the bottom.

Thought ok its got it, but this morning headlamp had loads of condensation inside, so obviously its not sealed correctly.
Am i missing anything here!

Any help would be apreciated.

Thanks Luke

The trick is to do these jobs on a COLD & DRY day which means there's minimal moisture in the light unit when you seal it. Best thing is leave the cover off with the car pointing towards the sun. Replace it at the end of the day (or the moment it goes cloudy).

Thanks very much for the thread..

The lamp cover is back on! with no misting up in sight.

Cheers Luke
