follow up on my gauges on the dash elctronic ones my left on is the pressure and right one temp the left just shows red and white boxes nothing happens here is this right the right gauge again the same in colour but this has dashes in each box all the way round is this right i still dont understand it

BTW pic above is with engine off

Would you understand it better if there were dials in place? This gives the same information.

So you are saying your oil doesn't get to temperature?

yes thats right but your right one is full nearly mine is half way the left gauge i dont have any dash lines in it atall thats what is puzzling sorry stuart

its looking that way stuart

im assuming its the gauge not showing temp? you would need to find the sender for the gauge and earth it out to see if the gauge rises.if it does its the sender and if it doesnt it could be the gauge.

i dont have anything as fancy as a stilo so you would need to wait for big rich stilo owners in the know or the techs to come on with info

My right one is NOT nearly full, it is only 2/6th full - generally it is on the 3/6th mark...Which is right....

The left one is 99.999% of the time showing 6/6th - anyless, then you have an oil pressure problem - how much oil is showing on your dip-stick?

the oil on the gauge is correct stupid quest but i dont leave the gauges on all the time whilst driving so is that worth doing hope i havent waisted anyones time
