General Annoying rattle

Got an annoying rattle on the front (sounds like passenger side) underside of the car!

The noise is present when travelling on a rough road. If I go over a speed ramp it is not heard so I suppose its more of a vibration. It sounds like metal on metal! (mechanical)

I have tried the home fixes (silicone spray) on the front suspension. I dont think this is like the common creaking front suspension (as ive had and fixed this previously)

The noise is really p###ing me off!

Had the car on a ramp tonight to have a look. Everyting seemed secure, but im no mechanic. Dont think its exhaust!

Any one got any ideas or had similar?
 
I think we all get that, but i can only speak for myself. I get rattle from the front even since i put on my coilovers. A rattle from the passenger door and i think its starting to cum from the back. So this weekend its getting an overhaul of lubricating and tweeking.

Just get sumone to ride with you in the car and get him/her to locate the noises

You sure the rattle is coming fom something exterior to the car, and not somewhere in the interior, ive had various rattles nothing metal to metal tho in the interior. If you've changed the head unit check that all your wires and ISO connector are quite secure and not banging against the cage.
 
Definitely not something in the car! took everything out and went for a drive earlier!

its really peeing me off now!

checked everything - will get it on a ramp at the weekend!

It definitley sounds like it comming from underside around left wheel!

any more thoughts?
