What would cause a electrical type of buzzing. Appears to be coming from the back near the pipe coming out of the big cover. Hear it with key in mar. Wggle the pipe it seems to go then comes back any ideas.
 
Only electrical thing in the back that buzzes is the fuel pump located inside the fuel tank. Can't imagine why wiggling the pipe (assume you mean the filler pipe?) would have any effect on it though.

Sorry I meant the back of the engine bay lol
 
you probably will hear the electric throttle body which is held open by a rather high frequency Pulse width signal supplied by the ecu.
This means the voltage is switched on and off very rapidly and the on-time determines how far the throttle will open - this is checked by the ecu using the signal of the potentiometers inside the throttle body.
This is normal and not a fault.
