Hello

Today when driving my wife who was sat in the passenger seat had to reach to the back seats. For a couple of minutes she was elevated from the seat. When she sat back down again the orange passenger light on the dash flashed followed by the airbag fault. Ive had this twice before, first time i had a new OCS, second time it was a loose wire under drivers seat. Could it have gone off because there was no contact on the seat or do i have a problem.....again?!

Had this same problem, I had the whole sensor replaced ( which meant they had to unstitch the seat and restitch etc; ) which was a waste of time because i still had the same problem, until I got one of these :

Works wonders and will save you loads money not having the airbag changed in the seat

Yeah i know about that little gadget I had a new OCS fitted early this year by fiat but i just hope its not that again. However it should be under warranty.
