Hi Everyone,

Been doing alot of research on the forum as my car needs a some work doing to it.
I was looking to do all myself to keep costs down.
1. cambelt will need replacing soon. I have found the guide and after reading a few times seems doable. I have a couple of questions, The guide shows a picture of a 115 JTD. I just wanted to make sure the 80 JTD was the same. and second do you need to lock anything in place or just line it all up.
2. My clutch has just started to slip. I couldn't find a guide for the stilo for this but found a multipla JTD one.
/multipla/190204-diy-guide-clutch-replacement.
If any one could let us know wheather most of this guide would be the same for the stilo I would be greatful. Also if I do this work what other seals would be advisable to do at the same time as the clutch. Any extra info also would be great.
Thanks in advance

Steve.

115 belt is the same if you make up a business trade name trade club discount for the belt kit is 57.00 plus vat genuine from a dealer easy job to do

if you are confident clutch is fairly easy to don't forget its only a 2 pice clutch with a concentric slam cylinder that you will need to replace swell and also the jtd has a duel mass flywheel that will prob want replacing as-well any prob or info message me i have have done 4 in work this year

Thanks for the reply. Will do the cambelt myself. Didnt think to replace the slave cylinder. That should be easy as on top of gear box. I was looking at doing the flywheel anyway plus the 2 drive shaft seals. The mulitpla guide for the jtd seems to be similar to what everyone discribes. Will do clutch first in a couple of weeks as slipping.

if your slave is bolted on top of gearbox would mean a 3 piece kit, plate, disk and bearing and not forgetting if its a duel mass +1
