can anyone help
when i turn the car on it starts to bleep and tell me there is a danger of ice but the temperature is no where near that low,probably 9 or 10 degrees

Try disconnecting and cleaning (with contact cleaner) the main connector between the car body and the driver's door (you'll see it if you open the door and look at the door hinge area).

The wiring from the temp sensor (in the door mirror) passes through this connector which can get dirty/corroded.
