hi all,

does anyone know the outer diameter of a stilo 1.6 exhaust tailpipe, i am after a trim to fit over it to tidy it up

id expect any trim would fit wouldnt it ? dont they bolt onto them ?

Sorry if this seems a stupid question, but are you not able to measure it on your car?

its about 60mm. You have to bear in mind that the tail pipe is bent and a standard straight pipe will not fit.

I have fitted an oval tail pipe to mine but I had to cut the original pipe downsweep off so that I was left with just the striaght bit - about 40mm of it.

You may also need to spacer the back box bracket down to allow a straight pipe exit otherwise it may clash on the bumper.

could have m8, but it was dark and freezin outside, anyway sorted now and btw a straight one does fit as i have just fitted one looks great aswell,
