does any one have any idea how much it is to program a new keyfob ?
£40 roughly or £10 / 20 if on good dealer terms
can get up to 8 done at same time for same fee
If you have any luck finding a cheap(ish) stilo key, let me know where you get if from please.does any one have any idea how much it is to program a new keyfob ?
mayb its worth the 5 pound risk in comparison to the 205 pound fiat chargethe ones without the remote part are much cheaper. If you are tempted to buy a key on e-bay, don't. It probably wont work with your car and you will waste your money when they try to program it and can't. They come in many different series and the correct series has to be ordered for your car.
£45 pound risk. They will still charge you if you supply the key and they cant program it because it is the wrong key.mayb its worth the 5 pound risk in comparison to the 205 pound fiat charge
Agreed, its best to get the right one because the stilo has a very tempremental electronic system. Beep, warning, broke.£45 pound risk. They will still charge you if you supply the key and they cant program it because it is the wrong key.
I think mine was £140 from the local stealer just for the remote keyfob and then £30 to code it iirc.
Hi!
Did anyone hear about the coding of the key by inserting the "blank" key to the keyhole, turn it to "MAR" and then press the brake paddle by the key code with pause between the digits?
Maybe just a joke, but did anyone try it?
