Just thought I'd pop my head in and say hello and how is everyone? Back on a long weekend from duties in Germany, going back tomorrow night. Hope everyone and their Stilo's are ok, mine started first time in the early hours of friday morning, better than usual actually! Still debating wether to take it back with me...although not a good idea having seen the way some europenas drive!

Speak to you all end of this month!

All good here Chris, took the Stilo myself to Aachen and Leverkusen, Germany via Belgium/Holland during Easter just gone and was a good experience, though still got killed by the 3.0 Audi's doing some mental speeds, was a brilliant experience though.

You know you want to take it back with you :D

It's gonna stay here, it's due it's 48k service, and I'm not taking it any long distance til I've done it. Besides, after seeing the way belgian and french drivers (yes, I didn't give french and beligian capital F or B, because they don't deserve it  ) act towards English drivers I'm not risking trashing my baby just yet. Maybe one day I'll take it off to Nuremberg :D. Not actually staying in JHQ much anyway, off to lourdes for the annual mlitary pilgrimage (load of sh*te) next week. Just enjoying thrashing the living tits off her now!

Chris,

I've taken mine over a few times, including a stay at Cassels House in RheinD....

Was over in Feb last year for a weekend, ended up taking a drive down to Cockum, via autobahn, found the drivers to be polite and courteous (not like M25). (n) It started snowing whilst down there, came back across the Harzt mountains past the Nurburgring, was tempted to take the stilo round, but seeing as they were skiing on the track due to the snow, decided not to risk it

Was tempted to drive it over just so I could get round JHQ a bit easier! It's mahousive!

German drivers are generally a lot better than over here. Their driver training is much more intense and the penalites for even minor infractions are unreal. But belgians.....well....there's a reason for a GPMG if I ever saw one. Although I am a diplomatic hand grenade ready to go off!

So what were you doing over there Ursa?

There was supposed to be a football match between where i worked and JHQ, but it was cancelled after I'd booked my ferry ticket, so still came over as it was a chance to stock up on the franzi from the px. :D

Hi Chris,

Glad to hear you're enjoying yourself, LOL.........Sorry couldn't resist :)

I got some Boge turbos after your recommendation from proven, i fitted them on saturday along with my strutbrace, just got to get my 4 wheel alignment done before i can offer an opinion.
