It looks abandoned - tax run out in 2009. (hence reg no removed).

depends what has gone wrong with the multpla, have thoughts about getting one of these,

If a car like this has been left on the side of the road & just dumpted, why can't the police get in contact with the owners and have it removed, if that can't be done the car should be crushed.

Looks like its parked up outside someones house...

Its parked on private land alongside some houses/pub car park.
Nothing to do with DVLA (may have a SORN) and no need to crush it.

There are lamp post sticking out of the same land not far in front of the car so is it private land or council owned ? Council can remove it if it's parked on their land

The land it is on is private, the land the lampost is on is councils.

However - its been there a long time - I doubt the council have any interest in it.

FWIW, this has now gone.
