Hello there...
I think it's great that we have a section on the forum that identifies the bad dealerships, but I think we ought to have a proper structure to gather feedback of all the Fiat Dealerships to analyse the good bits and identify the bad bits.. basically us owners doing our own JD Power Survey but just on the Fiat Dealerships.

Having sections for Staff i.e Attitude/Politeness/Welcoming
Service i.e Timing/ Meeting expectations etc.
Cleaniness of Vehicle after work carried out (I have noticed that courtesy valetting isn't being done which most other manufacturers do carry own on ALL visits to dealerships)

Also capture the experiences from different types of visits i.e Sale ; Service ; Parts ; Courtesy Car etc

Do you get my drift?

If everyone from the Forum does it whenver they visit the dealership for anything we'll have a pretty constructive report that we could get Fiat's attention with...

I know it might be a big job but maybe email all the dealerships the results say every few months...

What do you think?

Lets not forget the pendulum swings both ways...........so;
How about a section for bad customers aswell with sections like....

Swearing/abusive behavoir towards staff
Knowingly making a false claim
Leaving dirty baby nappies/dog sh*t/toe & fingernails in cars.
Not turning up at pre-arranged times (especially MOT's)
