be careful, got them on mine and get a bit of rubbing when on full lock and when throwing it round corners.but they will go on. good luck (y)

They will do. You'll need to stick 3mm or 5mm spacers on the back wheels though as 215's catch on the lower suspension arm bolt.

Apart from that only the fronts rub on full-lock (very minor) and I've only ever heard one scuff when I've had 3 adults in the back and that's been plenty of times recently.

do 205's rub? will they fit on the wheels? cos its 215's on just now

Dave's psychic :S

My 205 tyres only rub when ive got a car full and only over bigger drops or bumps in the road. The fronts catch a tiny bit on full lock but thats nothing to worry about :)

I dont know about 205 tyres fitting on 215 rims though

You can fit 205 tyres onto a 215 rim, however, I must stress it is not recommended. You are not advised to take any corners at great speed and as a few guys I know in the tyre fitting trade say that fitting anything other than the proper size tyres to your rims will mean any stress placed on the tyre forcing the tyre to come away from the rim wall and blowing out.

Stick to the proper tyre size is my recommendation

Hi, i am wodering if 205/55/r16 from a stilo 1800 would fit on a mark 2.5 (large headlights) Punto? if not could i change the tyre?
